Our Story
Dharma Path was established in Bangkok by practitioners who found that many clients — particularly those navigating Thai law for the first time — were left with documents they did not fully understand and decisions made under pressure. The firm was conceived as a response to that pattern.
Our practice is concentrated in three areas: business formation and structuring, commercial contract work, and intellectual property registration. We work with both Thai nationals and foreign individuals or entities entering the Thai market. Our office on Wireless Road in Lumpini places us in one of Bangkok's most active commercial districts.
The name reflects our guiding principle — that legal work should align with a path of integrity, clarity, and considered judgment. We do not take on more than we can do well. Each engagement receives the attention it deserves.
Our Mission
To provide civil and commercial legal support that is clear, considered, and aligned with each client's actual circumstances — without pressure, without unnecessary complexity, and without false certainty.
Our Values
- Clarity: Legal matters explained without unnecessary jargon.
- Precision: Accurate work delivered on agreed timelines.
- Respect: Each client treated as a capable adult with legitimate interests.
- Restraint: Advice proportionate to the situation, not inflated to justify fees.

Legal Advisory in Bangkok
Bangkok's legal landscape for commercial matters is shaped by the Civil and Commercial Code, the Foreign Business Act, and a body of regulatory guidance that has evolved considerably over the past decade. Working within this environment requires both technical knowledge and practical familiarity with how institutions and registries actually operate.
Dharma Path focuses on three areas where we can offer substantive depth: the formation and structuring of business entities, the preparation and analysis of commercial agreements, and the registration and management of intellectual property rights. Within these areas, we are able to advise clients from initial inquiry through to completed registration or executed documentation.
Our location on Wireless Road in the Lumpini district reflects the commercial environment in which most of our clients operate. The surrounding area encompasses embassies, multinational offices, and major financial institutions — a context that aligns with the profile of clients who seek structured, professional legal support in Bangkok.
We support clients in both English and Thai across all three practice areas. Foreign nationals and international businesses represent a significant portion of our client base, and our team is experienced in navigating the additional procedural requirements that apply to foreign-owned entities operating in Thailand.
